1. Hands on understanding of the eCommerce payment ecosystem and various roles/players (Payment Gateways, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Acquirers).
2. Previous relevant Business Development experience, ideally with a focus on point of payment sales.
3. Previous experience developing leads in a B2B environment and meeting sales quotas in a leading and independent capacity
4. Previous experience in the FinTech (ideally in Payments), acquiring or POS space.
5. You should understand the costs associated with accepting traditional credit/debit card payments.
6. You have a proven track record leading complex BD & Sales initiatives, working with a technical and product team to deliver clients.
7. You are interested in a culture built on putting users first, thinking rigorously, working transparently and delivering high quality and high impact work.
8. Excellent communication skills whereby fluent English is a must.
